He is from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan. In his domestic work, he was in charge of national land improvement project planning and project evaluation, urban planning and agricultural land use coordination, and urban-rural exchange. In the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, he was in charge of overseas operations, including support for migration and exchange programs for South American and Japanese farmers.
At the Overseas Projects Department of the Agricultural Land Development Corporation, he was in charge of planning grassland development projects in Mongolia. At the Embassy of Japan in the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he was in charge of supporting yen loan projects, technical cooperation for projects along the Caspian Sea coast, refugee assistance with UNHCR, and emergency disaster response assistance with UNDP.
At the Dubai Office of the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), he was in charge of export promotion of Japanese agricultural, forestry, and fishery products and Japanese food, and of food culture exchange between Japan and Arab countries during a total of seven years. She has worked in the Islamic world for many years and specializes in negotiations with government agencies of Arab countries to open up food markets. She is familiar with Halal (Islamic dietary regulations) and Kosher (Jewish dietary regulations), which she learned in the course of her work.
He is also a former advisor to the Board of Directors of RLAM Trading.

Experienced F&B Manager with over 19 years of expertise in restaurant management, operations and customer service. Currently a Multi-Unit Manager that is proficient in overseeing all aspects from staffing and inventory management to operations management and quality control. Dedicated for continuous improvement to deliver exceptional dining experience and exceed guest expectations. Strong leadership skills and goal driven for my staffs’ growth and for the company’s success.

Specialized Background includes leading operations, teams, and processes to drive business and guest service success within highly regarded establishments across the globe. From training and developing staff and overseeing profit & loss responsibilities to driving sales & marketing efforts and resolving customer issues and concerns, whilst excelling at managing teams, propelling revenue enhancement, and stimulating maximum levels of guest service and satisfaction.
Possess sound knowledge of various health & safety regulations, performing work as per customer standards, developing strategies to facilitate business growth and design various financial processes.
