In recent years, “Western” food has become a popular term for Japanese food. In recent years, “Western food” has been accepted overseas as “YOSYOKU,” and I feel that Japan’s spirit of inquisitiveness about food is the best in the world.
We have reaffirmed the importance of this Japanese food culture, and have established a “Japanese food brand” and are developing products to properly convey this culture both domestically and internationally.
凛和牛 LEAN WAGYU
LEAN WAGYU embodies the concept of “Wagyu with delicious lean meat.” LEAN WAGYU is a Japanese Black Wagyu from Kagoshima, raised over a long period without using feed additives such as Monensin, under strict control by our partner farms. Great care is taken in selecting cattle with excellent lineage for high meat quality. Among these, we define “Lean Wagyu” as beef selected according to our unique standards, characterized by a low melting point of fat and a rich umami in its lean meat. Although Lean Wagyu generally falls within the higher A4–A5 grade range with more marbling, we carefully select cuts and use expert butchering techniques to highlight the flavor of lean meat, resulting in Wagyu products that are easy to enjoy with a pleasant texture.

PARIKARA is a Japanese-style fried chicken specialty brand originating in Dubai, UAE. Aiming to expand into small-scale multi-store operations in the form of cloud kitchens, roadside stores, and community-based stores, the company is promoting franchise operations in the GCC countries.
With the concept of “making delicious Japanese fried chicken accessible to everyone,” we have developed a unique blend of “Karaemon Fried Chicken Mix Powder” tailored to Middle Eastern standards, with technical support from a major flour company. The PARIKARA business is operated by our subsidiary, RLAM Dubai LLC., a UAE-based company headquartered in Dubai.
